The Role 

We are looking for a E-Commerce Content Creator who is hands-on and deeply connected to social culture. 

In this role, you focus on creating day-to-day content for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, translating campaigns and brand moments into engaging, platform-native formats. You are responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering content that feels current, relevant, and true to the brand, while supporting overall campaign and performance goals. 

Job requirements

  • Product Asset Creation: Create high-quality photo and video assets that support .COM, paid media campaigns, CRM initiatives, and broader marketing objectives. Produce compelling product-focused content that drives engagement, consideration, and conversion.

  • Content Production & Execution: Partner with Marketing, and Art Direction to bring campaign concepts to life through effective visual content. Translate creative briefs into commercially impactful assets across multiple channels.

  • E-commerce & Conversion Content: Develop content specifically designed to enhance the customer journey and support business goals, including product detail pages, landing pages, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.

  • Production Management: Plan and execute content production for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing commercial needs. Capture product and lifestyle content during shoots, events, and other brand moments to maintain a consistent flow of relevant assets.

  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit video content for paid advertising, .COM, CRM, and social platforms, ensuring content is optimized for each channel while maintaining brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.

  • Content Optimization: Adapt, resize, and repurpose campaign assets into multiple formats and variations to maximize performance across digital touchpoints, including paid media, website placements, email marketing, and organic channels.

  • Trend & Consumer Insights: Stay informed on relevant content trends, platform developments, and consumer behaviors to continuously evolve creative output and identify opportunities to improve content performance.

  • Performance-Driven Creativity: Work closely with Marketing and E-commerce teams to analyze content performance and apply insights to future productions, optimizing creative assets based on engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.

  • Asset Management: Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all creative files are delivered accurately, on time, and in the appropriate formats for use across channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Art Direction, Marketing, E-commerce, and external partners to ensure content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and commercial priorities.

Your Profile 

  • A Content Maker: You enjoy creating and editing content yourself and are comfortable being hands-on every day. 

  • Platform Native: You understand what works on TikTok and Instagram and can quickly act on trends. 

  • Visually Aware: You have a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics, and understand how to translate a brand into social content. 

  • Fast & Flexible: You can work quickly, adapt to feedback, and handle multiple pieces of content at once. 

  • Practical Mindset: You focus on execution and getting content live, without overcomplicating the process. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation or social media production, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or streetwear. 

  • A strong portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok/Reels), showing editing skills and creativity. 

  • Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar. 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 

  • Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
