As the Head of E-commerce you play an essential role in the delivery of Daily Paper’s ambitious digital growth strategy. You make sure to deliver the best possible customer experience on our website (desktop & mobile) based on data analysis. You translate your ideas into development projects, which you will prioritize, manage and monitor. You steer on optimizing and localizing the websites specific shopping behavior, interests and habits. You drive conversion and average order value and minimize bounce rates and abandoned carts. Furthermore, you have a data-driven approach, an in-depth understanding of technical solutions, strong communication skills, and you can balance priorities under tight deadlines. You will lead a team of three Ecommerce specialists and work closely with our marketing team.
