Head of Sales

Job description

As Head of Sales will be responsible for maintaining and developing our wholesale strategy that will ensure Daily Paper’s budgeted revenue goals. You identify new market opportunities and sets goals. You create and maintain long-term relationships, maximize sales opportunities and generate new business. Furthermore, you lead, motivate and develop our sales team of 4 FT. You will report to the board.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the sales growth strategy, define key markets and its targets;
  • Identify and launch new market opportunities that will result in revenue growth both domestically and internationally;
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with key distributors, sales agencies and major department stores;
  • Manage the sales team, professional development, and Sales coaching;
  • Optimizing sales workflows and systems;
  • Manage the sales budget;
  • Analyse markets and competition;
  • Develop monthly sales reports

Job requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading international B2B sales teams and proven ability to deliver on revenue targets;
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing and developing sales teams to drive maximum profitability;
  • Experience with leading customer account growth and selling a substantial amount of new business;
  • You’re an expert in the wholesale fashion industry who is passionate about Daily Papers mission and will match the energy of our dynamic team
