As an HR & Operations Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office while gaining hands-on experience in HR, operations, and retail support. This internship offers a broad learning experience across administrative, people-focused, and operational tasks. Together with the HR Advisor, you will help ensure efficient workflows, a well-functioning office environment, and provide support to our retail department when needed.

Learning & Work Activities:

  • Manage general inboxes and support external inquiries.

  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.

  • Help coordinate meetings, interviews and internal events.

  • Contribute to internal communications and policy updates.

  • Assist with planning team-building and culture initiatives.

  • Support operational and retail-related tasks when needed.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Advisor and other departments.

  • Support retail operations

  • Create a welcoming and well-organized office environment.

  • Support daily office operations (supplies, equipment, lunch, workspace upkeep).

Job requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a MBO or HBO study

  • Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail

  • You have an analytical but commercial mindset.

  • Great communication skills (English and Dutch)

  • Highly motivated to learn and develop

  • Excel skills are a plus.

    For this position, we're looking for interns who can start between February 2026 and July 2026 for at least 5 months

    For this internship position we only consider applicants who are already living in the Netherlands and are enrolled in an educational institution.
