Marketing Operations Lead

The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for all marketing operations when it comes to campaign- and product launches, as well as marketing projects, events and activations (collabs excluded). This person will lead projects and launches with a 360 approach from A to Z. Additionally, this person focusses on creating and executing a retail marketing strategy and will support our sales team with wholesale marketing activations.

Your responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

  • Support the Head of Marketing with the creation and management of the omni-channel marketing calendar
  • Work together with the in-house content team to optimize internal briefing processes and to ensure assets are created ‘fit for purpose’

Campaign and Product launches

  • Set up and manage campaign budgets and timelines
  • Work together with the in-house content team to make sure all content for campaign- and product launches are delivered in time and against brief
  • Make sure all internal stakeholders are up to date and deliver against given deadline, keeping track of progress at all times
  • Plan, manage and improve campaigns, measuring results and ROI

Projects, Events and Activations

  • Set up and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Create and implement ‘best in class’ offline brand activation, events and projects reflecting the omni-channel strategy to drive key market and brand metrics
  • Carry out market / industry research and come with ‘disruptive’ Marketing approaches
  • Communicate with all internal stakeholders to make sure they are informed and briefed to ensure a streamlined roll out

Retail and Wholesale Marketing

  • Support sales with wholesale marketing activations
  • Work together with the sales team to also approach wholesale activations from a marketing perspective, to make sure these activations become more successful
  • Create and execute a retail marketing strategy, for all three flagship stores, to ensure the stores remain relevant and engaging and the consumer gets a ‘best in class’ in store experience

Job requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing, with +3 years in a similar role
  • Experience in managing and communicating with agencies and third parties
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • Good understanding of the Fashion and Luxury industry
  • Great organizational and collaborating skills with excellent project management experience and a track record of establishing successful workflows and processes
  • Excellent collaborator, with the ability to align stakeholder objectives
  • Good communicator in order to motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
  • Ability to make informed and strategic decisions
