Marketing Operations Manager EMEA

Job description

The Marketing Operations Manager EMEA will manage the E-commerce, Digital Marketing, PR, Retail marketing and Marketing Activations team on a day to day base for our EMEA markets to drive our customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The successful candidate has a track record of managing high-performance growth teams in an international fashion environment.

Job requirements

  • Manage the marketing team on a day to day level, oversee the execution of all the marketing activities that contribute in building brand awareness, driving the brand’s customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategy
  • Oversee the implementation of the omni-channel Marketing strategy across all customer touch points in each market
  • Alignment of owned marketing activities plans and ensure all stakeholders are informed and updated of the marketing plans and project schedules
  • Manage the implementation of specific territory marketing plans that draft off the global strategy, bringing brand and product narratives to life in a globally consistent yet locally relevant way
  • Media planning and manage relevant agencies
  • Management of marketing calendar and channel planning
  • Support in management of collaborations
  • Plan, manage and improve campaigns, measuring results and ROI
  • Ensure focus and alignment for all marketing activities
  • Monitor performance across KPIs and create optimization plans to ensure programs scale efficiently
  • Deliver regular, clear, and actionable reports on marketing performance to the board
  • Ensure all marketing activities are forecast correctly and delivered within budget
  • Monitoring of marketing budget with monthly reviews of spend


Profile

  • 7+ years of Marketing experience in the fashion, lifestyle or culture industry
  • 5± years of managing Marketing departments and its sub divisions like PR, activations, branding, events, e-com and digital
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions
  • Extremely organized with a keen eye for details, without losing sight of the big picture
  • Able to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
