The Sales Administrator assists and supports the Sales team in developing the wholesale business and fulfills and processes all B2B orders appointed to the various markets.

Maintains all professional relationships with our agents and accounts. The ideal candidate has experience at a fashion brand and understand the Daily Paper audience.


Responsibilities

General

  • Works closely with both Men’s and Women’s Sales Manager and Sales Executives

  • Collaborates with the Logistics and Production team on new deliveries and shipments

  • Wholesale sample management

  • Daily liaises with agents and retailers, provides any information needed

  • Manages B2B platform and ERP data entry

  • Oversees Wholesale agenda

Sales

  • Weekly updates Sales Managers regarding new deliveries and reorders arriving at the warehouse

  • Monitors all shipments, assists the Logistics team to make sure all deliveries are sent to customers in time

  • Makes sure to inform Sales agents, distributors and accounts regarding shipments

  • Ensures all customer orders are received correctly and entered in B2B system before PO deadline

  • Handles swaps and customer claims

  • Processing samples for (online showroom and B2B platform) shoots and for Sales agents and distributors

  • Manages retail contracts and makes sure payment terms and conditions are being communicated to the finance department

  • Makes sure all article information and prices are uploaded correctly to B2B and ERP systems

  • Creates weekly sales reports incl. best- and worst sellers

  • Advises on re-order opportunities through tracking sell through reports from key accounts and running in-stock reports


Job requirements


  • A relevant degree 
  • +2 years of proven experience in a fast paced comparable sales administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of order entry/B2B system
  • Previous experience with ERP system a plus
  • You’re an expert in the wholesale fashion industry who is passionate about Daily Papers mission and will match the energy of our dynamic team
  • Preferably fluent in Dutch and English
