Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant, for at least 24 hours a week, to join our Store Team. As Sales Assistant you are a Daily Paper brand ambassador at all times. You create and maintain a positive customer experience in stores, with your passionate, spontaneous and positive attitude. You’re able to excite and assist customers with the highest standard of customer service. You are full of energy and willing to be part of our hard-working but easy-going environment.

Your responsibilities:

• You’re the face of Daily Paper, promoting our brand’s image in a positive way;

• Advice customers in optimal and precise manner on product, quality, style, promotion and price;

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and answer questions in a helpful way;

• Aim to reach sales targets and exceed them;

• Ensure in-store VM reflects the brand;

• Carry out additional tasks when required

• Previous retail experience is an advantage;

• Based in London
