The role

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and positive member for our successful and driven German Sales team who is based in Germany. As Sales Manager DACH, you will be fully accountable for our success in Germany, Austria and Switserland. You will drive the transition in your area, making sure to maximize our market presence. You will manage the existing sales and develop a strategy for growth through a deep understanding of the market and the customer needs.

Reporting into the Country Manager DE, you will work in close cooperation with the sales team and the marketing team.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in each market under your responsibility, including main customers, trends, cultural preferences, relevant associations, etc.

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy in the area.

  • Manage existing customers in the area with a focus on growth.

  • Build, develop and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Pro-actively develop sales opportunities with existing and new customers.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Backoffice & Re-Order Management 

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor degree or higher.

  • Relevant years of experience in sales within Retail Fashion Industry

  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of customer and business dynamics, with ability to apply to sales strategy and troubleshoot future account needs

  • Able to fluently communicate in English and German, any other European language would be an asset.
