Social Media Intern

As a Social Media Intern, you will support our Digital Marketing team with the day-to-day operations. This means that you will be the direct right-hand of both the Digital Content Lead and the Digital Experience Specialist. You will be introduced to both operational and strategic digital marketing activities focusing on everything social media, thus contributing as a valuable team player to our department.

Responsibilities:

• Support in managing all social media accounts of Daily Paper e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook
  * Schedule content for all platforms
  * Write engaging captions
  * Brainstorm content ideas based on current industry trends
• Conduct reporting tasks such as performance insights on for all social media accounts
• Maintaining and updating the content marketing calendar
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail)
• Provide video coverage of events/ shoots
• Assist on building the brand’s influencer campaign strategy
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages

• Enrolled in a MBO / HBO / Master education in Fashion/Communications//Marketing/Media.
• Video editing skills beneficial
• Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
• Highly motivated to learn and develop.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and create and maintain tight planning.
• Available to start as soon as possible

Available for a period of at least 5 months with the possibility to extend, starting September 2024. For this internship position we only consider applicants who are already living in the Netherlands and are enrolled in an educational institution.
